The amenities provided were fantastic for a city break. The pool area was well-maintained and the towels were readily available. The seating area by the fireplace was definitely our favorite spot to have a drink and relax. The hotel provided good quality toiletries which made the stay feel like a luxurious spa getaway.
Unfortunately, there were a few aspects that could have been improved with our stay. The pillows weren't very comfortable which led to a restless night's sleep. Additionally, the crowd at the cafe during peak hours was overwhelming, making it difficult to grab a quick bite before heading out for the day. a wonderful hotel but requires some improvement in small areas.

Our thanksgiving getaway was amazing! The hotel had a lot of great features, including complimentary parking and the fact that our room was very spacious. The hotel's location was perfect, as it was close to many restaurants and shopping centers. Also, we enjoyed the modern décor in our room and the fridge that was provided.
The only negative that we came across was that the TV in the bathroom was not very clear and that it turned on automatically when we walked in, which was quite disturbing late at night. Nevertheless, the overall value of the hotel stay outweighed this small discomfort.

The hotel was decorated beautifully for the Christmas season with festive holiday lights and decorations. They also provided complimentary hot chocolate and cookies which were a nice touch. The location was great, right in the heart of a busy shopping and dining area. We also enjoyed the indoor pool which was well-maintained and provided a fun activity for the kids.
Our experience at this hotel was disappointing. The room was not cleaned properly upon our arrival and we had to call several times to have it taken care of. The staff seemed overwhelmed and not attentive to our needs. The noise level from neighboring rooms and the common areas was very loud and made it difficult to sleep at night. We also found the food offered at the hotel to be overpriced and not very tasty. we would not recommend staying at this hotel due to poor service and noise issues.
