comfortable stay but minor staff issues
I enjoyed the spaciousness of the room and the large bathroom. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, allowing for a restful sleep each night. The TV in the bathroom mirror was a unique feature that added a fun touch, making getting ready more enjoyable. Additionally, I found the hotel's fitness center well-equipped, providing a great way to unwind after a busy day.
Unfortunately, the staff could have been a bit more attentive during my stay.

Ideal for gatherings
There was this charming seating area that I stumbled upon in the lobby. It had unique chairs, perfect for small chats with a couple of friends. I was pleasantly surprised when the staff sent up a dessert to my room on the last night, as a nice touch for making my stay special.
Sure, it wasn’t cheap, but for the quality and service, it was acceptable.

The Renaissance in Schaumburg had me raving about their spacious King Room with an epic bathroom setup, and that TV in the mirror? So cool! Plus, the location is on point for exploring local gems like Jason's Deli and Buffalo Wild Wings.

The pool area impresses with a large expanse featuring ample seating, perfect for unwinding after a long day. Plus, the innovative TV integrated into the bathroom mirror stands out as a unique touch that adds a bit of luxury.
Navigating the accessible accommodations proved to be quite the challenge, as the room felt cramped with too much furniture, limiting my access to outlets. That mini-fridge? It had issues, leading to spoiled food overnight—though they did swap it out after I brought it up. Water accessibility left much to be desired, with vending machines running on empty and little alternative for a late-night thirst.

The room was spotless, and I loved that the bedding was super fluffy, making it so easy to sink in for a good night's sleep. I also enjoyed some relaxing time by the indoor swimming pool and the sunny terrace—perfect spots to unwind! The only hiccup was that my room wasn’t the handicap accessible one I thought I booked, which made bathing a bit tricky, but overall, it didn't ruin my experience. 😊

Beautifully designed spaces make for a cozy atmosphere, perfect for families and gatherings. My children were upgraded to a suite, greatly enhancing our comfort. Staff efficiency stood out. we received quick assistance when needed. However, a change request for a handicap accessible room didn’t get addressed, and I wished for more breakfast options beyond those available at the expo nearby.
